Services Provided

  • Set specific program objectives and identify competencies to be developed through the training, in line with CF needs and their TORs;
  • develop and deliver appropriate training modules for participants;
  • Develop and provide user friendly handouts, copies of lecture slides and other materials as required by trainees;
  • Develop a training monitoring and evaluation plan that will be used to assess the usefulness and effectiveness of the training;
  • assess the need for and identify qualified trainers, technical resources, and logistical support staff;
  • Provide sufficiently trained and briefed personnel to undertake the required number of post training interviews, taking gender balance into account;
